The ”Shirin” LLC confectionery factory was founded in June 2006 and it is the only producer of high-quality confectionery products in Azerbaijan. Our production line is supplied with the most up-to-date European equipment which ensures that our products meet high quality standards. Our products are made by experienced technologists – highly qualified specialists with great experience in confectionery production. The production process is fully automated. Our main ingredients are cacao products (cacao butter, ground cacao, natural cacao powder) with no genetically modified components. We have a laboratory where experts control the quality of our raw materials and manufactured products. Our production meets state standards along with scientific and technical requirements. Our manufactured products come with a Certificate of Compliance and a Certificate of Hygiene. Our delicate and refined chocolate taste is accompanied by modern designs developed by the best designers from Moscow, Baku and Kiev. Our goal is to produce and offer to the local and international markets high quality products that meet modern standards. Our ”Limar” coconut and “Limar” hazelnut chocolates were awarded a silver medal in the 2007 International Contest.
