Production of “Shirin” LLC was recognized as “THE BEST PRODUCT OF THE YEAR 2008” and awarded a gold medal on “PRODEXPO – 2008”, the 15th international exhibition of food products, beverages and raw materials for production“, that was held from February 11th through 15th 2008. The second award, received by “Shirin” LLC in 2008, was the “NATIONAL AWARD IN THE FIELD OF ECONOMY & BUSINESS – UGUR 2007” for contribution to the development of the food industry. The “Shirin” confectionery factory has begun the production of milk caramel since 01.12.07. At present, our factory produces caramels under the following names: “Ptenchik”, “Buratino”, “Detskya”, “Molochnaya”, “Maskarad”, “Mu-u-u”, and it has started selling these caramels to the Azerbaijani, Kazakhstani and Russian markets. Boxes of “Tebrik Edirem”, “Limar wave hazelnut”, “Limar wave coconut” chocolates, made by Russian designers, are now available. As a participant in the “World Food 2007” Exhibition, the “Shirin” confectionery factory has established international relationships and as an Azerbaijani producer has been representing itself at a high level in such countries as Russia, America, Israel, and Kazakhstan.
